Nine young European directors got together under Torsten Neumann and
RP Kahl to produce a compilation film – the condition was that only
the idea and the making of the film would count. The result was an
unusual episode film. Each of the nine films had a shooting budget of
€99, was 5 minutes long and shot on MiniDV. The locations were the
home towns of the respective directors.
